Our mission is clear: to usher in the glory of God into the city of Newcastle. We believe that as we lift our voices in worship, the heavens will open, and the transformative power of God’s presence will touch lives, heal hearts, and bring revival to the region. This is a night where the will of the Father will be fulfilled—a time for His people to worship Him in spirit and truth (John 4:23-24).

Apostle Bright Onoka, Lead Pastor of City of God Christian Centre Worldwide, is the convener behind Sounds of Joy. Through his impactful teaching and healing ministry, he has touched countless lives across the UK, Africa, and beyond, carrying a passion to see people transformed by the presence and power of God.
