Limoblaze (born Samuel Onwubiko, 25 October 1995) is a Nigerian gospel singer, rapper, and songwriter known for blending Afrobeat, hip-hop, and gospel music. Raised in Makurdi, Nigeria, he was influenced by artists like Lecrae and began his career with the 2016 album Blind. His 2022 hit “Jireh (My Provider)” with Lecrae and Happi charted globally, earning awards and nominations, including at The Headies and Stellar Awards. Signed to Reach Records in 2022, he became their first non-U.S. artist. With multiple albums, EPs, and collaborations (e.g., Ada Ehi, Travis Greene), Limoblaze has won accolades like the MOBO Award for Best Gospel Act (2024). He currently resides in the UK.
